"I just wanted to thank you for the great service in repairing my Seimens hearing aid. Not only was the cost very reasonable but the speed of service was fantastic esp as I was going to South Africa in less than 2 weeks.
When I phoned to check that you had received my aids with the urgent return request your receptionist immediately recognised my name and was able to conform that my aids were with the technicians and I would have them returned in 3 days.
