How to Book

Short Courses

The fee for all Short Courses (except BSA accredited courses and Open Days) is £85 per day which includes lunch and refreshments. Please refer to individual course details for the cost of BSA accredited training. Booking forms should be sent as soon as possible, with payment or invoicing instructions.

Places are allocated on a first-come first-served basis and we will confirm your place, with information on the venue and timings, as soon as we can. Please do get in touch if you need to change any details of your booking. You can download your booking form on this site.

Regardless of whether payment has been received, you will be liable for the full course fee unless we receive written notice of cancellation 14 days before the event, in which case you will only be charged a £10 administration fee. Following written notice of cancellation, you will be offered the chance to transfer your booking to another course or to nominate another colleague to take your place, subject to space being available. No refunds will be made for bookings cancelled within 14 days or for non-attendance on the day.
