Posting Instructions

You should send your hearing aid to our freepost address:

When sending your hearing aid, please make sure you include all the following details:

• name
• address
• contact telephone number
• e-mail address
• description of the fault
• your payment, if you are paying by cheque

You can download a repair order form on the right.

Please ensure that you package your hearing aid securely in a small box and well wrapped.  For extra peace of mind we would recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
