VIP at the Tour of Britain
Year 10 pupil, William Ryan was recently awarded the Club Cyclocross Champion trophy at the Solihull Cycling Club Dinner and Awards Ceremony. William received his award from Mick Bennett. Mick is a club life member, Olympic and Commonwealth Medallist, World Championship Silver Medallist and current Race Director for Tour of Britain, The Women's Tour and Ride London.
William was also delighted to be invited as Mick's VIP guest at the Tour of Britain which takes place in September 2019. Not only will William get to attend such a coveted competition but he will accompany Mick in the Race Director's car!
The tour details have been confirmed and William will attend the Warwick to Burton Dassett stage on Friday 13th September.
