News Round Up

The Course department has been very busy and a lot has been happening:

  • The Semester A module exam board was held on 23rd Feb with some pleasing marks overall
  • The development of a specialist e-library is underway and will be rolled out in forthcoming academic years
  • Dissertation students are busy working on their submissions (2017-18 cohort), and considering their proposals for May 2019 submission (2018-19 cohort)
  • Our new stand alone module options have proved useful for the Early Years students and will be implemented in 2019 for Educational Audiology students
  • Recruitment for all courses is now open with places already being offered and accepted
  • Two scholarships for self funding MSc Educational Audiology students will be offered again this year, thanks to the Oticon Foundation
  • ToD Year 1 students are undertaking their work placements this Spring with many opportunities for good practice to be observed
