Work on new primary school begins

On 24th May we started to build the new Mary Hare Primary School.  This project has taken years to plan and to raise the funds required to build a state-of-the-art, 21st century Primary School for deaf children.

It is so exciting to see the hard work, effort and generosity of so many people finally come to fruition.  The building work will take more than a year to complete and we hope to be welcoming the children into their new school in Autumn 2022.

We are continuing to fundraise during the building process, so if you would still like to make a donation you can do so via our website or on the Good Exchange, where your donation will be doubled by the Greenham Trust (thegoodexchange.com).

You can also follow progress of the new school on our website.  We will have regular pictures and posts to keep you informed.  There will also be links to live webcams on the site.

Everyone at the Mary Hare Foundation would like to say thank you to all those who have supported this ambitious appeal.  Without your help, this would just not have been possible.

THANK YOU
