The Mary Hare Foundation raises vital funds for the Mary Hare School
Our deaf children and young people are funded by their Local Authority, which covers their basic education and boarding costs. But for new equipment, improving accessibility and ensuring our School is ready to meet the needs of our students, we need to raise vital funds. Every donation makes a difference. We are very grateful for your support, thank you.

Corporate sponsorship of an event highlights your brand and promotes your business to our diverse group of supporters from across the UK. We are happy to provide information and talks to promote inclusivity and understanding of deaf awareness to your workforce. We can also provide bespoke volunteering opportunities at our 124-acre site on the edge of Newbury.
Take part in a challenge
If you would like to take part in a challenge, such as a marathon or a skydive, we would love to hear from you. We would be happy to support you by sharing your challenge on our social media and providing you with information about our latest appeals.
Fundraising events
The Mary Hare Foundation organises a number of events throughout the year that raise money to support our campaigns. Past events have included quizzes, carol concerts, and family jigs and reels. They are always good fun as well as an opportunity to support our work.
