An Opportunity to work in an 'OFSTED Rated Outstanding' Residential Childcare Team!
We are looking for a Residential Care Worker to lead and participate in activities after school, in the evening and at weekends, promoting social communication and interaction on the school site and in the community.
This role will involve liaising with the school SENDCO, Learning Support Assistants, Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist to identify and support the writing of personal care plans and procedures. They will also oversee the physical and emotional care of the pupils, including but not limited to, consideration of pupil’s health, diet, clothing, hygiene, safety, and emotional welfare.
