We're thrilled to announce that Mary Hare has been shortlisted as a national finalist for the ATA Specialist Training Provider of the Year!
The FE Week and AELP Apprenticeship and Training Awards, in association with City & Guilds, celebrate the outstanding achievements of employers and training providers from across the UK. These prestigious awards recognise those who are shaping a highly skilled, inclusive, and future-ready workforce through their commitment to apprenticeships and wider training and development.
There were over 700 nominations nationwide, across 20 categories, from which 80 finalists were selected.
Mary Hare is one of only six finalists in the category of Specialist Training Provider of Year. This recognition celebrates the transformative impact of our Professional Courses and the incredible achievements of our learners.
Mary Hare is the first and only training provider for Qualified Teachers of the Deaf (QTOD) offering the TfSI apprenticeship. The training is uniquely tailored to the complex and evolving needs of the sensory impairment sector; being the only training at a specialist school for deaf children and young people.
Joy Rosenberg, Director of Courses and Programme Leader said:
“Being named a national finalist for the Apprenticeship and Training Award showcases Mary Hare’s commitment to excellence in specialist training. It celebrates our learners’ achievements, our school’s reputation, and skills development across the wider deaf community.”
