We are looking for a dynamic, professional and enthusiastic person to lead one of our residential boarding houses. Our culture is one of teamwork and of enabling staff of all levels to develop and be the best professional they can be and therefore your approach should be one of open communication, collaboration and empowerment.
The role is to lead and successfully manage a stable and successful residential boarding house ensuring the successful delivery of agreed outcomes and high-quality care and support for children and young people living in the house and their subsequent transitions.
