We have a large and vibrant 6th Form averaging around 70 pupils per year which makes us the largest centre for deaf pupils wanting to study A’ Levels and BTEC’s in the UK.
Nearly every pupil at Mary Hare School stays with us for 6th Form. One of the strengths we have is being able to remove the obstacles that might prevent you from reaching your potential. We have dedicated Teachers of the Deaf and small class sizes – helping you achieve excellent results.
You will be able to choose from a wide range of academic and vocational courses – you may even want a mixture of the two. Whatever subjects you choose, you enjoy 6th Form life at Mary Hare and be surrounded by a big group of deaf peers and a great social life.

Every year we have hustings for the appointment of a new Head Boy and Head Girl. These are hotly contested positions and all 6th form pupils and staff have great fun hearing the presentations from those running for the positions.
