She works closely with all module leaders across all 8 ToD modules, duties range from assisting the Teaching & Learning module leader with all aspects of the 20-day teaching placements, liaising with the placement supervisors, listening to student feedback, which has always been highly complementary of the course administrators, and helping them with any course related issues or concerns they may have.  Sarah is also the administrator for the Mary Hare Exceptional Circumstances Panel which deals with all aspects of student wellbeing related issues.

She works specifically on the new enquiries and applications for the bi-annual intake of MSc students, co-ordinating their registrations with the University.  Also, for the smooth running of the on-site study weekends that take place 4 times a year, managing any student and/ or lecturers queries and concerns.  In the administration of the BTEC course, she ensures all students, markers and verifiers are meeting their assignment deadlines and that all relevant documentation is in place for the annual moderation meeting and Pearson’s standards verification audit for both Mary Hare and the  Virtual School Sensory Support in Norfolk. Students have commented regarding the excellent level of service our department offers and how responsive we are offering guidance on processes and pastoral care.  Maxine is a friendly and organised member of the team.
